1. Introduction

This travel insurance policy ("Policy") is issued by MIC Insurance Company ("MIC") in partnership with Red Lion Travel Agency ("Red Lion"). It is designed to offer coverage to Red Lion's customers for various unforeseen events that may occur before or during their travels.

2. Coverage Summary

This Policy covers the following key areas for Red Lion customers:

• Trip Cancellation or Interruption: Reimbursement for non-refundable trip costs if the trip is canceled or interrupted due to covered reasons (e.g., illness, injury, or family emergencies).
• Medical Expenses: Coverage for medical treatment due to accidents or illnesses that occur during the trip.
• Emergency Medical Evacuation: Coverage for transportation costs to the nearest medical facility or back to your home country in the event of a serious illness or injury.
• Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Baggage: Reimbursement for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the trip.
• Travel Delay: Compensation for additional costs incurred due to significant travel delays caused by weather, strikes, or other covered events.
• Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D): Lump sum benefits paid to the insured or beneficiaries in case of accidental death or serious injury during the trip.

3. Total Coverage

The total insurance coverage amount for each customer under this policy is 20,000,000 VND.

4. Eligibility

This Policy is available to customers of Red Lion who have booked a trip through the agency.

5. Coverage Limits

• Trip Cancellation/Interruption: Up to 20.000.000VND per insured trip.
• Medical Expenses: Up to 20.000.000VND per person.
• Emergency Medical Evacuation: Up to 20.000.000VND.
• Lost Baggage: Up to 20.000.000VND per insured person.
• Travel Delay: Up to 20.000.000VND for additional expenses.
• AD&D: Up to 20.000.000VND.

6. Exclusions

This Policy does not cover losses or expenses caused by the following:
• Pre-existing medical conditions unless otherwise specified in the policy.
• War, terrorism, or acts of violence.
• Participation in high-risk activities or extreme sports (e.g., skydiving, scuba diving).
• Losses resulting from criminal acts, intoxication, or drug use.
• Any reason not explicitly listed as a covered event.

7. Claim Procedure

In the event of a claim, the following steps should be taken:
1. Notify MIC as soon as possible after the event that causes the claim.
2. Complete and submit the Claim Form, available on the MIC website or provided by Red Lion.
3. Provide necessary documentation (e.g., receipts, medical reports, police reports) as requested by MIC.
4. Claims will be processed within 30 days of submission.
