Refund Policy - Red Lion Travel

At Red Lion Travel, we are committed to providing our customers with the best travel experiences and ensuring satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring cancellations or changes to your trip. The refund policy below outlines the conditions and process for refunds when customers are unable to participate in their booked trip.

1. Tour Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 20 days or more prior to the departure date: Customers will receive a 100% refund of the tour price paid.
Cancellation from 10 to 19 days prior to the departure date: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the tour price paid.
Cancellation within 9 days prior to the departure date: No refund will be provided.

2. Accommodation and Transportation Cancellation Policy

Air tickets: Refund policies for air tickets will follow the airline's regulations. Red Lion will assist customers in contacting the airline for any applicable refunds.
Accommodation services: Cancellation of accommodation services will depend on the policies of individual hotels and service providers. Customers will be informed of specific terms and conditions at the time of booking.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must contact Red Lion’s customer service via email: admin@redliontour.com or hotline: +84 911045015.

In the refund request, customers must provide their booking code and trip details.
The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the original payment method and the service provider's policy.

4. Exceptions

Red Lion is not responsible for refunds in cases of cancellations due to natural disasters, epidemics, or other events beyond control.
If the trip is canceled due to Red Lion’s or its partners' fault, customers will receive a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule their trip without any extra fees.

5. Additional Terms

All refund requests must comply with the terms outlined in the contract between the customer and Red Lion.
The refund policy is subject to change and will be updated on Red Lion’s official website.
